Where Tasks sits

Too simple, or far too much. We wanted the middle.

We built Tasks because nothing fit. The simple apps are a joy until your work grows. The powerful ones can do anything — which is exactly why they wear you out.

Reminders · To Do · Google Tasks

The simple ones

Beautifully simple — we genuinely love them. Then a project grows, a teammate shows up, and you quietly hit the ceiling.

Asana · Todoist · Jira

The heavy ones

They can do anything, and try to do everything. Most people use a sliver of it and spend the rest of their time fighting the setup.

The calm middle

Tasks

The ease of the first, the muscle of the second — and collaboration that’s never behind a paywall.

02 / Plan

A daily ritual, not a feed.

Plan ranks today’s candidates by overdue, due-soon, assignment, recent activity, and recurrence. You pick. Then you close it and work.

03 / Feed

History, not notifications.

Every action becomes an event, grouped by day. Go look when you want context. Nothing buzzes, badges, or chases you.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is it really free?
Yes — free while we’re in beta, no credit card, and collaboration is never paywalled. Every role works at every team size.
Solo person or whole team?
Both — and you don’t choose up front. It’s a calm personal task manager on its own; share a project and invite people the moment you need to. The basics are obvious in a minute; the depth waits until you go looking.
Will it nag me with notifications?
No. There are no push notifications and nothing buzzing for your attention — just a quiet Feed you check when you want the context.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — native iOS and Android apps are live — real gestures and a fullscreen layout built for the phone, not a shrunk-down desktop. It’s still just as usable in any browser.
What happens to my data?
