The Feed

The Feed is the app’s memory — a calm, paginated history of everything that happened across your projects over the last 30 days. It doesn’t interrupt you; it’s a place you go when you want to catch up, then close.

A history, not a notification stream

Nearly every meaningful action becomes an entry: tasks created and completed, tasks moved between lists, changes to a due date, repeat, tags, or assignee, new comments, and member, list, and project events. The Feed reaches back 30 days and pages as you scroll — enough to reconstruct the week without becoming an archive you have to manage.

The Feed grouped by day, then by time of day. Each row reads like a sentence.

Pulse · Last 7 days

Above the timeline sits a small Pulse card — a one-glance summary of the past week across your projects, so you can feel the rhythm before reading the detail.

Filtering

A row of tabs narrows the timeline to one kind of activity when you’re looking for something specific:

How a row reads

The grouping is two levels deep — first by day, then by a time band (Morning / Afternoon / Evening) — so a busy day stays scannable. Each row carries the same parts, left to right:

Actor avatar
A colored disc with the initial of whoever did the thing.
Verb chip
A tone-colored label — completed reads green, created and assigned read blue, comments amber, moves and tags neutral.
Descriptor
The specifics: the task title, plus dates, tag chips, a before → after for moves and reassignments, or a quoted excerpt of a comment.
Project & time
The project it happened in, and how long ago.
