Together
Assignees, comments & files
Once a project is shared, each task grows three collaborative parts: an owner, a conversation, and its attachments. All three live inside the task’s detail sheet, so the context never drifts away from the work.
Assignees
Assign a task to anyone in its project from Assign to in the detail sheet — or do it as you type, by writing an @mention in quick add (for example “Review copy @maya”). A task has at most one assignee at a time.
The Assigned to me view gathers every task assigned to you across all your projects in one place — your personal queue, no matter which project a task lives in.
Comments
Every task has a comment threadfor the back-and-forth that doesn’t belong in the title or the note. Press ↵ to send; Shift↵ adds a newline for a longer thought. You can delete your own comments; others’ comments stay put.

Final copy pass
First draft’s in. @sandeep can you take the hero line?
On it. Trimming it to one sentence.
Typing @ in a comment lets you reference a project member; their name renders as a chipin the thread. To be clear about what that does and doesn’t do: a mention is a visual reference only — it sends no notification. If you want a teammate to notice something, the Feed is where it shows up.
Attachments
Attach files to a task under Files in the detail sheet. Each upload is capped at 10 MB. Files are listed as downloadable links with their size, so anyone with access to the project can grab them. You can remove files you uploaded.
Files
Up to 10 MB per file.
