Together
Support & feedback
One place to report a bug, request a feature, or ask for help — open from anywhere in the app. It’s a small shared board, not a black-box contact form: everyone can see what others have raised, add their vote, and watch it move toward fixed.
A shared board, not a contact form
When you send something in, it becomes a posteveryone signed in can read, search, and vote on. That’s deliberate — it means the same bug doesn’t get reported ten times, popular requests rise to the top on their own, and people often answer each other’s questions before the team even gets there. Each post is one of three kinds: a Bug, a Feature request, or a Support question.

Upvotes & status
A post you agree with takes one tap to upvote. Votes sort the board, so the team can see what matters most without anyone running a survey — the board doubles as a lightweight, public roadmap. As work happens, a post moves through a clear status:
- Open
- Just raised. Read, voted on, and waiting to be triaged.
- Planned
- Acknowledged and on the list to do.
- In progress
- Actively being worked on right now.
- Done
- Shipped — the fix or feature is live.
- Closed
- Wrapped up: resolved, answered, or a duplicate folded into another.
When two posts describe the same thing, the team can mergethe duplicate into the original. The votes and replies come along with it, and whoever raised the duplicate is pointed to the post everyone’s now gathered on — so no context is lost and the conversation stays in one place.
Replies, tracked
Every post has a thread. Replies come from other users or from the team — and a team reply wears a small Team badge so you always know which is which. Follow a post (you automatically follow anything you post or reply to) and a quiet dot appears on Supportwhen there’s a new reply waiting. No email, no push — the same calm, in-app signal the rest of Tasks uses.
Importing a list set every due date one day earlier than the file. Steps to reproduce and a screenshot are attached.

Same here — happens on CSV but not on paste.

Reproduced — it's a time-zone rounding bug on import. Fix is in progress.
Screenshots stay private
A picture turns a vague bug report into a fixable one, so you can attach screenshots to a post or a reply. Unlike the title, body, votes, and status — which everyone signed in can see — screenshots are private. They’re visible only to you (the person who attached them) and the team. To everyone else the post simply notes that a screenshot is attached, without showing it.
Open it from anywhere
The whole point is to catch feedback the moment you have it, so Support is never more than a tap or a keystroke away:
- Sidebar
- A Support entry sits at the bottom of the sidebar on desktop.
- Mobile
- It lives in the fullscreen view picker under Help — and a left swipe anywhere (except on a task, where that opens the task) pops the composer open.
- Command palette
- Search “Send feedback” to report something, or “Open Support” to browse the board.
- Keyboard
- g then s jumps straight to Support.
- If something breaks
- On the rare error screen, a Report this button opens the composer with the details already filled in.
