Mobile

Mobile isn’t the desktop app squeezed onto a phone — it’s designed for the shape and the thumbs you actually have. No bottom tab bar, no cramped sidebar. Big tap targets, fullscreen surfaces, and gestures where they make sense.

No tab bar — a tappable title instead

Rather than spend the bottom of the screen on a row of five icons, the view title is the control. Tap it and a fullscreen view picker slides up, with every view grouped — Activity, Plan, and Scope — plus an All projectsentry. Pick one and you’re back to your list.

The projects drawer

A purpose-built drawer holds the structure that lives in the desktop sidebar — but laid out for a phone. Projects expand to their lists with per-list counts, you can create a project or list inline, a Tags folder collects your labels, and your profile sits at the bottom as the way into Settings.

The drawer: projects and their lists, a Tags folder, inline create, and a profile row.

Gestures

The phone leans on gestures so common actions never need a menu. They’re consistent and reversible — a mis-swiped completion always offers an undo.
